Day 1: Mumbai – Colombo Flight (1 Night)

‘Pune to Pune tour’, Guests will meet at Mumbai International Airport, proceed to Colombo by flight. Welcome to Colombo – Capital city of Sri Lanka. On arrival we will be transferred to Colombo hotel. Overnight stay at Colombo Hotel

Day 2: Colombo – Golden Cave Temple – Sigiriya (Photo Stop) – Dambulla (1 Night)

After breakfast we will be transferred to Dambulla. On the way visit to Dambulla Cave and Golden Temple - It is the largest and best-preserved cave temple compound in Sri Lanka. There are above 80 chronicle caves around this location. The most prominent allures are advanced over 5 caves, which contain statues and paintings. These paintings and statues are depicted to Lord Buddha and his life. There are a total of 153 Buddha statues, 3 statues of Sri Lankan kings and 4 statues of gods and goddesses.

Dambulla - Dambulla is one of the ancient cities of Sri Lanka. The city also boasts to have the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia, and the Iron wood forest.

The Sigiriya Rock Fortress - It is also a UNESCO world Heritage site. Sigiriya Rock was once an ancient Castle used both as a palace and a fortress and was created by the great King Kasyapa. The magnificent rock fortress of Sigiriya is visible for miles from all directions and dominates the surrounding plain.Overnight stay at Dambulla Hotel

Day 3: Dambulla – Matale Spice Garden – Kandy (121 Km- 3.30 Hours) 2 Nights

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel in Dambulla. After breakfast proceed to Kandy, Enroute Matale  spice garden to learn about various spices grown in Sri Lanka. Enjoy a guided tour and perhaps purchase some local spices. After lunch proceed to Kandy. In the evening enjoy Kandy Cultural Show, showcasing traditional dance and music performances. After show check in the hotel, Enjoy dinner at your hotel & spend the night at your hotel in Kandy.

Day 4: Kandy – Pinnawala – Kandy City Tour

After breakfast we will be transferred to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage - The orphanage was originally founded to provide care and protection to the many orphaned elephants found in the jungles of Sri Lanka. Pinnawala has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. Tourists can observe the bathing elephants from the broad riverbank as the herd interacts socially, bathing and playing. Visitors to the park can view the care and daily routine of the elephants, such as bathing in the Ma Oya (River). Enjoy lunch in the Pinnawala area. After lunch Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic: Explore the Sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take in the spiritual and historical significance of the Temple. In the evening visit Gems Gallery, Take a leisurely walk around Kandy Lake. Enjoy dinner at your hotel & spend the night at your hotel in Kandy.

Day 5: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya (96 Km - 3 Hours) 1 Night

After breakfast we proceed to Nuwara Eliya, Enroute visit Tea Factory, Arrival Nuwara Eliya checks in to your hotel. After Lunch we visit to Nuwara Eliya Sita Amman Temple – According to legends; this is the place where Sita Mata spent her days in the prison of Ravana (Ashok Vatika). Later we visit to Hakgala Botanical Garden - Hakgala Botanical Garden is situated on the Nuwara Eliya-Badulla main road, 16 km from Nuwara Eliya and extents for about 28 hectares. The garden has a cool temperate climate because of altitude is 5,400 feet above sea level. In the evening free time for Gregory Lake - Gregory Lake is located about 1 km from the town, in the heart of Nuele Eliya, and is an artificial lake built by the then Governor Gregory in 1874. The entire lake covers an area of about 91 hectares and is obtained by introducing the water of the Nanuwarya River through a tunnel, with beautiful scenery.

Day 6: Nuwara Eliya – Bentota (210km - 5 Hours 30 Minutes) 2 Nights

After breakfast proceeds to Bentota, Enroute we visit to Anjaneyar (Hanuman) Temple of Ramayana Trail in Ramboda, Ramboda Fall (Photo Stop). Lunch in route, Evening arrival Bentota, check in at hotel, Enjoy Bentota Beach & Sunset. Overnight stay at Bentota.

 Day 7: Madu River Boating, Turtle Hatchery, Bentota Beach

After breakfast we will enjoy a boat ride along the Madhu River. It is a scenic tour relaxing and interesting while passing many islets forested with mangroves and experience the natural rhythms as well. If you are looking for more exclusive experience visit the turtle hatchery too. The Turtle Hatchery is the prime turtle nesting site which was open by the Wild life Protection Society in 1981.Visitors can see huge tanks filled with new born turtle hatchlings. After being fed, the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of darkness. After lunch proceed to hotel. In the evening free time for enjoy Beach. Overnight stay at Bentota.

Day 8: Hotel Check-out – Colombo City Tour

After breakfast hotel check-out & proceed to Colombo city, Enroute Hindu temple, Colombo Lotus Tower (Photo Stop), Independence Square, Parliament Building (outside from Bus) & shopping center. ·      Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

·      Any unexpected cost arising due to natural calamities e.g. bad weather, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (and has to be paid by travelers directly on the spot)

·      Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency, Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘Tour Price Includes Column’.

 

 

Note:

·      During International travel if rate of the USD on the day of booking varies later, then while paying remaining amount before tour departure you will have to pay the difference occurring due to fluctuation of USD rate.

Booking Policy :

        You can confirm your package by depositing 50% of the total amount in our bank A/C. We will send you a confirmation voucher within 24 working hours after receiving the confirmation amount.

 

Notes :

Ø  Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.

Ø  The confirmation is subjects to availability.

Ø  AC will not work in Hill Areas.

Ø  No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, health illness , Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.

Ø  Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.

Ø  Extra bed means Extra mattress.

TTerms & Conditions :

Ø  No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.

Ø  Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

Ø  No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis. 

 

Amendment Policy :

Ø  All Changes must be communicated in written.

Ø  In order to prepone and postpone the tour, kindly contact us 30 days prior to the travel date.

Ø  25% of total package cost will be charged for Postponing & proponing.

Ø  We do not accept any changes in plan within 30 days of travel date.

Ø  Any changes in the tour package will depend on subject to availability

Ø  The validity of “Postponing Packages” is 6 months from the date of booking.

 

Payment Policy :

Ø  50 % of the total package is Compulsory to confirm the booking.

Ø  Remaining 50 % of the package cost should be paid before 20 days of check in.

Ø  Packages can be booked by depositing a token amount. And next installment must be paid as instructed by our team

 

Cancellation Policy :

Ø  45+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 20% of tour cost / INR 10000.00 per person for domestic tour and 20,000/- for international tour (whichever is higher)

Ø  45 - 30 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 50% of total tour cost

Ø  30 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 100% of total tour cost

Ø  Full amount will be deducted for cancellation received within 30 days prior to Travel.

Ø  In peak season date booking, no cancellation will accepted. Flight booking amount is Non refundable.

Ø  If in any case of flight cancellation due to operational reason, Lo Holidays is not responsible for refund issue.
