Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Mumbai – Abu Dubai Flight

Welcome to Mumbai International Airport. Join our Tour Manager and other fellow travelers and fly to Dubai. On arrival we transfer to the hotel followed by check-in. Overnight stay at Dubai.

 

Day 2: Dubai City Tour – Dubai frame – Future Museum    Photo  Stop – Burj Khalifa 123th floor Gold Coffee –                  Dubai Mall – Fountain Show

An enchanting wonderland awaits as we admire the richness of Dubai. We view the Dubai City tour, Shaikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Beach with Burj Al Arab photo spot. The Dubai Frame is created out of glass, steel, aluminum, and reinforced concrete. It is positioned in such a way that representative landmarks of modern Dubai can be seen on one side, while from the other side, visitors can also view older parts of the city. Museum of the Future (Photo Stop). After lunch, proceed to Dubai Mall visit to The Burj Khalifa & Fountain show. Overnight stay at Dubai

Day 3: Desert Safari

After lunch we enjoy thrilling Desert Safari by four-wheeled drive Land Cruiser through Sand dunes followed by amazing Belly Dance show along with dinner. Overnight stay at Dubai

 Day 4: Limousine Ride & Shopping Time @ Mina Bazar &         Marina Dhow Cruise       

After breakfast we enjoy a lavish ride across Dubai’s stunning cityscape aboard our limousine. After ride we check-out from the hotel explore the city as time permits. Free time for shopping at Mina Bazaar which is a prominent shopping place here.

In the evening we enjoy Dubai Cruising down Dubai creek is a novel experience, one which you cannot miss when in Dubai. Imagine yourself on having dinner on a Marina Dhow Cruise with the fascinating lights of Dubai creek with Tanoura Dance. Overnight stat at Hotel

Day 5: View at The Palm – Miracle Garden & Global Village

After breakfast The View at The Palm is a stunning new public observation deck towering 240 meters above Palm Jumeirah, on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower. Meandering through tall and glassy buildings we visit Miracle Garden, get lost in a one-of-a-kind world of wonderment at Dubai Miracle Garden. World's Largest Vertical Garden awarded by Guinness World Record. In the evening we visit to Global Village - region’s largest multicultural theme park, unlimited fun, excitement and adventure. Later transfer back to Hotel. Overnight stat at Hotel.

Day 6: Abu Dhabi City Tour with Ferrari World (Photo Stop),  Grand Mosque & Departure

Get ready for an exhilarating city tour of Abu Dhabi. Arabic charm blends into futuristic fantasy on our Abu Dhabi tour to discover rich tradition at the Grand Mosque, zero-emission living in modern Masdar City, Hindu BAAPs Temple etc. After that Guest will proceed to Ferrari World (Photo stop). Later, we are transferred to the Dubai Airport. Now it’s the time, we bid farewell to this glittery land. Holiday concludes. Let’s stay in touch and meet again on another memorable Holiday. •   Surcharge for Peak Time and Holidays
•   Personal expenses like room service, laundry, telephone bill,  extra mineral water, and excess baggage charges.
•   Photo & Video Charges & Tips & Gratuities
•   Usage of mini bar in the hotel
•   Personal expenses laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, extra  mineral water, soft & hard drinks
•   Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage,political disturbances (strikes), etc

 

Any extra cost incurred on behalf of any individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personals.

Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour itinerary’

 

Note:

•  During International travel if rate of the USD on the day of booking varies later, then while paying remaining amount before tour departure you will have to pay the difference occurring due to fluctuation of USD rate.
•   All rights are reserved by LO Holidays Given tour outline and itinerary is subject to change due to any circumstances occurred before or during the tour journey.

 

  Booking Policy :

        You can confirm your package by depositing 50% of the total amount in our bank A/C. We will send you a confirmation voucher within 24 working hours after receiving the confirmation amount.

 

Notes :

•   Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the   similar hotels.
•   The confirmation is subjects to availability.
•   AC will not work in Hill Areas.
•   No refund will be made for any unused accommodation,   missed  meals, sightseeing tours or any other service due to   Bad weather, health illness , Strike, Road blocks or any other   factor beyond our Control.
•   Base category rooms will be provided in every package   category.
•   Extra bed means Extra mattress.   

   

 Terms & Conditions :

•  No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.
•   Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
•   No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis. 

 

  Amendment Policy :

•  All Changes must be communicated in written.
•   In order to prepone and postpone the tour, kindly contact us   30 days prior to the travel date.
•   25% of total package cost will be charged for Postponing &   proponing.
•  We do not accept any changes in plan within 30 days of travel   date.
• Any changes in the tour package will depend on subject to availability
• The validity of “Postponing Packages” is 6 months from the date of booking.

Payment Policy :

•  50 % of the total package is Compulsory to confirm the booking.
•  Remaining 50 % of the package cost should be paid before 20 days of check in.
•  Packages can be booked by depositing a token amount. And   next installment must be paid as instructed by our team

Cancellation Policy :

Ø  45+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 20% of tour cost / INR 10000.00 per person for domestic tour and 20,000/- for international tour (whichever is higher)

Ø  45 - 30 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 50% of total tour cost

Ø  30 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 100% of total tour cost

Ø  Full amount will be deducted for cancellation received within 30 days prior to Travel.

Ø  In peak season date booking, no cancellation will accepted. Flight booking amount is Non refundable.

Ø  If in any case of flight cancellation due to operational reason, LO Holidays is not responsible for refund issue.
