Kashmir Itinerary

DAY 01 (Srinagar airport - Houseboat - Local sightseeing) 

 

On arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle.

Arrive and check in houseboat welcome traditional Kashmiri Kehwa will be served first, proceed you for Srinagar half day city tour.

visit the famous Mughal gardens and its bagh`s like Nishat Bagh.

visit to Shankarya Charya temple.

visit to world famous carpet weaving factory known for its export handicraft product Evening Shikara will be providing for you to visit the famous Open Lake, Golden Lake and Nehru park ,return back to houseboat dinner will be served stay overnight in houseboat.

 

DAY 02 (Srinagar - Sonamarg) (87 kms)

 

After breakfast, proceed  for Sonamarg.Sonmarg, which means ‘Meadow of Gold’, has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sind meanders along here and abounds with trout and masher, snow trout can be caught in the main river. In late April when Sonamarg is open for road transport, a close by excursion is to Baltal, 15 km north of Sonamarg.

This little valley lies at the foot of the Zojila, only a day's journey away from the sacred cave of Amaranath is a base camp for Amaranath Yatra. Trekkers can also reach the starkly splendid roof-top of the world Leh, by crossing over the Zoji La pass. Enjoy a fun filled Pony ride (on directly payment).Evening return back to Srinagar, stay overnight in hotel.

 

DAY 03 (Srinagar - Pahalgam tour) (96 kms) 

(Stay 2 nights in Pahalgam)

After breakfast, proceed  to Pahalgam the valley of shepherds.En-route visit the saffron field of Pampore and also visit the cricket bat factory where one of the best world famous cricket bats are made of willow tree by hand and enjoy the countryside drive through the pine forest. Horse ride will be given along the pony trails to see magnificent view of the mountains; Evening back to hotel. overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.

DAY 04 (Pahalgam sighseeing)

 

After breakfast at your hotel you later proceed for Sightseeing of Chandanwari and Betaab valley day trip excursion. Betaab valley is the place where the famous scenes from movie Betaab shot. You can visit by (on your own). In Pahalgam local union didn`t allow the outside vehicle to sightseeing in Aru and Chandanwari / Betaab valley. Explore the streets of Pahalgam.

 

DAY 05 (Pahalgam - Gulmarg) (156 kms)

(Stay 1 night in Gulmarg)

 

After breakfast ,proceed for Gulmarg the valley of Meadows of flowers. Gulmarg has one of the best Ski Slopes in world, and one of the highest golf courses in world with 18 holes.

The view Enroute from Tangmarg to Gulmarg is fascinating. Gulmarg -Gondola ride will be given to the snow Peak, enjoy a cable car up to Alpather via Kangdoori by Asia’s longest run cable car ride (approx. 5 kms). Altitude wise, it is the World’s highest run cable car
Conquering almost 14000 feet (On your Own).

Return back to Gulmarg Hotel. Stay overnight.

 

Day 06 (Gulmarg - Srinagar airport) (59 kms)
