Tour Itinerary-

 

Day 1: Mumbai – Arrival in Amman – City Tour

Welcome to Mumbai International Airport. Join our Tour Manager and other fellow travelers and fly to Jordan.

Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport, Amman.

Meet and greet, transfer to hotel.

Amman city tour: Citadel, Roman Amphitheatre, King Abdullah Mosque, Rainbow Street

Meals: Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 2: Amman – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Petra

Breakfast at hotel.

Drive to Madaba – famous for Byzantine-era mosaics.

Visit Mount Nebo – believed to be the place where Moses saw the Promised Land.

Continue to Petra, one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.

Evening at leisure or Petra by Night (optional).

Dinner & overnight in Petra.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 3: Petra – Wadi Rum Desert Camp

Breakfast at hotel.

Full morning guided tour of Petra – Siq, Treasury, Royal Tombs, Street of Facades, Amphitheatre.

Afternoon drive to Wadi Rum desert.

Jeep safari into the red sand dunes & rock formations.

Bedouin-style dinner & overnight at desert camp under the stars.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 4: Wadi Rum – Aqaba – Dead Sea

Breakfast at camp.

Short visit to Aqaba – Red Sea resort city (free time for beach or local market).

Drive along the scenic route to the Dead Sea.

Enjoy floating in the salty waters & optional spa/mud bath.

Dinner & overnight at Dead Sea resort.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

 

Day 5: Dead Sea – Departure

Breakfast at hotel.

Transfer to Amman Airport for departure flight.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

IMP Note- Indian food is not as expected as India- So carry some dry snacks (like- Thepala, Paratha, Khakra, Some dry Chutneys)

 

 

Package Exclusions

C       Porterage (Coolie charges), laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.

C       Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour

C       Any unexpected cost arising due to natural calamities e.g. bad weather, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (and has to be paid by travelers directly on the spot)

C       Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency

C       Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘Tour Price Includes Column.

 

Note:

·      During International travel if rate of the USD on the day of booking varies later, then while paying remaining amount before tour departure you will have to pay the difference occurring due to fluctuation of USD rate.

·      All rights are reserved by LO Holidays. Given tour outline and itinerary is subject to change due to any circumstances occurred before or during the tour journey.

•   Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
• The confirmation is subjects to availability.
• AC will not work in Hill Areas.
• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
•  Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
•    Extra bed means Extra mattress

 Terms & conditions:-

v  No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service.

v  Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.

v  No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on a case to case basis.

 

Amendment Policy:-

v  All Changes must be communicated in written.

v  In order to prepone and postpone the tour, kindly contact us 30 days prior to the travel date.

v  10% of total package cost will be charged for Postponing & preponing.

v   We do not accept any changes in plan within 30 days of travel date.

v  Any changes in the tour package will depend on subject to availability

v  The validity of “Postponing Packages” is 6months from the date of booking.

 

Payment Policy:-

v  50 % of the total package is Compulsory to confirm the booking.

v  Remaining 50 % of the package cost should be paid before 20 days of check in.

v  Packages can be booked by depositing a token amount. And next installment must be paid as instructed by our team

 

Cancellation policy

• 35+ Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 10% of tour cost / INR 5000.00 per person for domestic tour and 10,000/- for international tour (whichever is higher)
• 35 - 28 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 25% of total tour cost
• 28 - 20 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 50% of total tour cos
• 20 - 10 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 75% of total tour cost
• Ø  10 - 00 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 100% of total tour cos. Full amount will be deducted for cancellation received within 20 days prior to Travel
• In peak season date booking, no cancellation will accepted
• Flight booking amount is Non refundable.
•  If in any case of flight cancellation due to operational reason, LO Holidays is not responsible for refund issue.
