Kerala 6N/7D Itinerary (Cochin-Munnar-Thekkady-Alleppey-Cochin)

Day 01 (Cochin-Munnar) 128Kms

Arrive at Cochin and proceed to Munnar, This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British government in India. Never ending tea plantation and round the year moderate climate makes it a little heaven for visitors. Evening at leisure.Overnight stay at Munnar.

 

Day 02 (Munnar)

After breakfast proceed to Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park) -house of the highly gathers mountain goat-The Nilgiri Thars, Lakkam Waterfalls, echo points, shooting point and Mattupetty Dam.The dam is flanked by forests and vast expanse of grass land.We will visit to Elephant park which is very memorable experience. 

• Speedboat ride At Mattupetty Dam.

Overnight stay at Munnar.

 

Day 03 (Munnar - Thekkady)  85km

 

After breakfast proceed to Thekkady. In the Evening enjoy Kathakali Show & Tribal Dance Show.

• Kathakali show (It is a dance-drama performed by Kathakali center).

• Tribal Dance Show (Traditional dance Show).

Overnight stay at Thekkedy.

Day 04 (Thekkady)

After breakfast proceed to boating at Periyar lake, around which the sanctuary is built. This is the only sanctuary in the India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at closed quarters from the safety of a boat.

Day 05 (Thekkady- Alleppey) (146Km)

After breakfast for cruising through legendary backwaters of Kerala to Alleppey. On the way you will witness a full range of lives and some mind boggling sceneries.

Houseboat is a private boat with fully furnished spacious bath attached bed rooms,hygiene kitchen,Dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the backwaters.

Activities Included-

• Canoeing
• Fishing

Overnight stay in Houseboat including all meals.

 

Day 06 (Alleppey - Cochin)  (53km)

After breakfast proceed to enjoy City tour of Cochin-

Cochin Sightseeing: Chinese Fishing Nets, Santa Cruz Basilica, St. Francis church, Dutch Palace, Indo Portuguese Museum, Jewish Synagogue.

Overnight stay at Cochin.
